Tamper-Proof Security Bags

Niraj Polymers manufactures tamper-proof security bags and courier bags from co-extruded two-layer LDPE or compostable film at our Daman facility. A permanent adhesive seal bonds instantly to the bag and cannot be opened without leaving visible damage, giving shippers, banks and e-commerce platforms clear evidence of any tampering.

These bags are used for e-commerce and courier shipments, cash and document movement in banking, confidential records, retail returns and high-value logistics. An optional POD (proof of delivery) jacket holds invoices and shipping labels securely on the outside of the parcel, so paperwork travels with the shipment without being lost.

Bags are produced in thicknesses from 25 to 100 micron and widths up to 750 mm. The outer layer can be white, grey or coloured, with a black inner layer for full opacity so contents stay hidden. Customisation options include bag size, flap length, sequential serial numbering or barcodes, tear-off receipts and up to six-colour printing of your brand. Every batch is checked for seal strength, opacity and thickness, so each parcel is secure, traceable and instantly recognisable.
