Shrink Film

Niraj Polymers manufactures LDPE shrink film in Daman for multi-pack and over-pack wrapping. When heated in a shrink tunnel or with a heat gun, the film contracts tightly around products, bundling them into a single, stable and tamper-evident pack that is easy to stack and ship.

Beverage and water bottlers, FMCG and food companies, pharma packers, paint and chemical manufacturers and cosmetics brands use our shrink film to bundle bottles, cans, cartons and jars, and to over-wrap pallets for protection against dust and moisture.

Shrink film is available from 25 to 100 micron, with width and shrink rate made to your requirement. We control the machine-direction (MD) and transverse-direction (TD) shrink ratios precisely so packs shrink evenly without puckering, tearing or loosening. The film can be supplied as tubing, centre-fold or single-wound sheet, in clear or tinted finishes, and printed for branding or handling messages. Every batch is tested in our oil-bath shrink tester alongside gauge and tensile checks, so it performs consistently on your packaging line.
