Plastic Tubings & Films

Niraj Polymers extrudes plastic tubings and films at its Daman plant for converters, form-fill-seal (FFS) lines and industrial wrapping. Our blown-film lines produce lay-flat tubing, single-wound sheeting and centre-folded film in LDPE, HDPE, PP and compostable grades, with gauge held consistently between 20 and 100 micron across widths of up to 1000 mm.

Converters use our tubing to make bags and liners on their own machines, while FFS packers rely on its consistent slip and seal properties to run at speed. Manufacturers in textiles, pipes, engineering and FMCG use heavier sheeting to cover, bundle and protect goods in storage and transit.

Every roll can be customised to your process: material blend, thickness, width, core size, roll weight, colour masterbatch, UV stabilisation, slip and anti-block additives, corona treatment for print adhesion, and up to six-colour inline printing for branding or handling instructions. Each batch is checked in our in-house lab for gauge, tensile strength, elongation and dart impact before dispatch, so the film performs the same way on your line every time.
